Curriculum

Forms. Self-Defense. Breaking Technique. Sparring.

​We practice three times a week. At all practices, we go through drills that will serve to strength, speed, explosive power, stamina, and accuracy. These drills will serve to aid members in improving their forms, punches, strikes, blocks, stances, breaking techniques, and sparring techniques.
